Ancient meditation practices taught in the heart of the sacred kingdom of Nepal.

The retreat was taught by Rinpoche Yung Drung Gialtsen, Geshe Sonam and Dr. Daniel P. Brown. During the trip the Yongdrung Bon Hermitage Yogis taught the 15 lesson of Atri a Dzogchen practice and the sacred Vital Essence teaching Bcud Len.
